In the framework of the successful Kosova Business Forum, in collaboration with EBRD – Luxembourg under Small Business Impact Fund, we are organizing a dedicated training program: “Empowering the Rising Generation of the Family Enterprises”.

Join our “Harvard inspired” specialized training program that will prepare you to create a plan for the next phase of your life, to fulfill complex responsibilities, and to make a unique contribution to your family business and family wealth.

Who should attend:
This training program is designed for members of the rising generation of a family enterprise, who may or may not be currently involved in managing the family business, but who are preparing for new leadership roles or other engaging roles in the family enterprise and who are seeking to make a meaningful contribution to their family businesses. The number of participants is limited to 15 participants for this training session.

– Analyzing roles of owners VS managers.

– Evolving ownership over time and bringing in new non-family talent, while respecting business legacy.

Admission

While there is no formal educational and professional experience requirements, admission process in very selective, based on your professional achievement and objectives and your current or future organizational responsibilities within the family enterprise. We want to make sure that all participants are at a similar stage of professional development, so that they can benefit the most from this program and can engage enthusiastically in networking opportunities.

We admit candidates based on space availability since the number is limited to 15 participants for this training session and we encourage you to apply as early as possible.
